BRAND STORIES
TED + Brightline: 1, 2.
Two animated films asking:
How can businesses reimagine how they see themselves? What matters? Metaphors? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I led design and animation to produce two new films for Brightline, in partnership with TED. We had a great time coming up with a visual and motion language for this playful-yet-logical-world. Using some clever abstraction, we asked how a change in conceptual models might spark new opportunities within.
The first film, "Metaphors Matter" used a unique isometric approach to tell a story about questioning how organizations see themselves. Using a simple cube as a starting point, an imaginary world builds, rebuilds, and adapts.
For the second installment, "The Right Questions," our inspiration was the clean visual language of Euclidean geometry – rational, yet clever and fun.
